What is the typical shipping timeframe for a new sauna?
Standard in-stock units typically ship within 5-7 business days. Custom orders or specific wood types may take 4-6 weeks for delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your sauna leaves our warehouse.
Do I need a professional electrician for installation?
Most of our smaller models use a standard 120V outlet. However, our larger 3-person and 5-person saunas may require a dedicated 20-amp circuit and a NEMA 5-20R or 6-20R outlet. We recommend consulting a licensed electrician for these specific requirements.
What is your return policy on accessories?
Accessories such as backrests, towels, and cleaning kits can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unused packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used towels and seat covers cannot be returned.
What kind of warranty comes with a Sunlighten sauna?
We offer a residential limited lifetime warranty on the cabinetry and heaters, and a 7-year warranty on the controls and electronics. Commercial units carry a separate 5-year warranty package.
Are your saunas low-EMF?
Yes, Sunlighten saunas are designed with proprietary Solocarbon technology which is tested to ensure ultra-low EMF levels, making them some of the safest infrared saunas available on the market today.
Do you offer financing options?
We provide several flexible payment plans through our financing partners. You can choose to pay over 12, 24, or 36 months with competitive interest rates, subject to credit approval at checkout.
