At Sunlighten Saunas and Accessories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness investment. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receipt to provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide detailed shipping instructions for your sauna or accessory.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in their original packaging with the RMA clearly marked on the exterior, then ship the package to our designated fulfillment center.
Inspection and Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned items to ensure they are in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
